Why is vacation never long enough? *sigh* Anyway, Los Angeles was everything that I expected and more. LA, unlike other cities, is wide spread and has more to offer than just hi-rises. (Really, they have virtually none! You know, because they have like, earthquakes.) The lack of hi-rise buildings gives Los Angeles the unique quality of being able to see the whole city from the top of any hill right down to the Pacific Ocean. As expected the traffic in LA was atrocious and the drivers might have even be bigger assholes than those in NYC. However, the LA scenery made up for being stuck in a line of 200...

Spring has sprung! Or maybe not…

This past winter was long, dark, and gloomy. Despite it being spring, it looks like the snow is here to stay. Here on the east coast, spring greeted us with a whopping 6 inches of fresh powder, whoo hoo, not. Fortunately for me, a few months back I planned a little get away. Bye bye east coast.
